Working Hours : 44 Hrs (Shifts)

Job Scope :

• Runnning of daily operations by supervising both front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Handle the recruitment and training of new staff.
• Create weekly duty rosters to ensure sufficient staffing for daily operations.
• Drive sales through effective operational execution.
• Ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, handle queries & complaints professionally.
