You are the director of the catering department (restaurant, bar and work / event spaces). 🍽️🍹🏢
In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet, you also participate in the engineering of the menu and the setting of menu prices. 💵📈
You recruit, supervise, direct & coordinate all the restaurant staff while taking on many other responsibilities. 👥📝🔄
You ensure compliance with the law; your watch at Mama is never over. ⚖️👀
