Senior Manager, Finance (Group Reporting & Policy)

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world‑renown wildlife parks. The Group is undertaking a rejuvenation plan that will integrate five wildlife parks with nature‑based experiences, green public spaces and an eco‑friendly resort.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and prepare group management reports with business insights and analysis for monthly, quarterly, and budget reporting.
• Develop and establish group key business planning and budget assumptions and drive the financial aspects of the group business strategic plans, budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the group business plans.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial data and information.
• Establish, review and update group financial policies in line with changes in business requirements and relevant financial reporting standards.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate the feasibility and viability of new and existing business ventures.
• Review and maintain existing financial models based on updated and projected information to aid decision‑making / planning at the senior management level.
• Keep abreast of new technical accounting and financial reporting matters.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
