Job
Description :
Develop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures,
and SOPs in compliance with MOM regulations.
Oversee day-to-day HR functions, including payroll
coordination, leave and attendance management, and employee
lifecycle processes.
Maintain up-to-date HR
documentation and ensure compliance with statutory and company
requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment
for both local and foreign hires, including job postings,
interviews, offer management, and onboarding.
Liaise with external recruitment agencies and training
partners.
Manage employee grievances and
disciplinary matters professionally and in line with employment
laws.
Develop and implement employee
engagement programs to boost morale, retention, and company
culture.
Promote a positive work culture
through engagement initiatives and communication
platforms.
Identify training needs and
coordinate internal / external training programs for
employees.
Track and monitor training records
and outcomes for audit and compliance.
Prepare
monthly HR reports to Board of
Directors.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business
Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5
years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or heavy
machinery industry.
Good knowledge of
Singapore Employment Act, Work Pass regulations, and HR best
practices.
Strong interpersonal,
communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office and HR systems (Info
Tech).
