We're on the hunt for a HR
Manager who's ready to roll up their sleeves and
build something amazing. This is a solo gig for now, where you'll
wear many hats and work side-by-side with our leadership team to
create an HR function that's as innovative and impactful as our
products. Think strategy, culture, and all the nuts-and-bolts HR
stuff-but built your way.
What
You'll Do
HR
Strategy & Growth :
Partner with leadership to craft HR strategies that align
with our company vision and drive sustainable growth.
Build and scale foundational HR systems and processes to
support a rapidly growing
team.
Talent
Acquisition & Onboarding :
Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies to
attract and hire exceptional individuals.
Own
the entire recruitment process, from sourcing through onboarding,
ensuring a seamless candidate
experience.
Policies
& Compliance :
Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and
handbooks that reflect our ESG values and commitment to
excellence.
Stay ahead of labour laws and
ensure compliance across all HR
operations.
Culture
& Engagement :
Champion a workplace culture that is inclusive,
empowering, and aligned with our mission.
Develop initiatives to engage, motivate, and retain top
talent.
Performance
& Development :
Establish performance management frameworks that drive
growth and accountability.
Provide coaching
and guidance to managers and employees to support continuous
improvement.
Compensation
& Benefits : Design
and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that
attract and reward talent.
Ensure packages
align with our budget and remain competitive within the
industry.
Operational
Excellence : Oversee
daily HR operations, including payroll, employee records, and HR
systems.
Serve as a trusted partner for
employee relations and resolve conflicts with professionalism and
care.
You're Perfect
If You : Have 5+ years
of HR experience (bonus points for startup vibes or small
teams).
Can create something out of
nothing-building processes and systems is your jam.
Know your way around compliance, labour laws, and all the
HR basics.
Are a people person with crazy-good
communication skills.
Love a challenge, stay
cool under pressure, and are ready to do what it takes.
