Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction : Greet customers warmly, escort them to tables, and provide information about specials or menu items.
Order Taking : Accurately take food and beverage orders, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations.
Service and Delivery : Serve food and beverages to customers and ensure orders are delivered promptly. Payment Processing : Handle customer payments and process them accurately.
Order Accuracy & Repeat Orders : Repeat orders back to customers to ensure accuracy before completing them.
Guest Satisfaction : Check with customers to ensure their meal was satisfactory and address any concerns.
Cleanliness & Organization : Maintain a clean and organized work and customer area by clearing tables, sweeping floors, and wiping surfaces.
Food Preparation (as needed) : Assist with basic food preparation tasks and cooking to fill orders, following standard operating procedures (SOP).
