Henri Charpentier, famous popular Japanese patisserie chain is expanding and looking for retail staff right now.
5 working days a week. 40 working hours a week. Annual leave from 12 days. AWS paid in January. Medical and dental benefits provided.
Job Description
- Assist Shop Manager and Assistant Managers in managing the operations of the Shop ensuring daily smooth operations
- Ensure all service staff are communicated correctly and meeting all established standards of service consistently
- Responsible for offering a friendly and efficient services to all guests and attending to customers' needs, complaints and enquiries
- Process guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptly
- Supervise services and catered events, ensuring neatness and cleanliness of service ware
- Assists in setup and clear down of the front and back of shop operations
Job Requirements
Experience in F&B / Retail operations are advantages, preferably in luxury goods industryWell-groomedGood communication and interpersonal skillsThis position is hands-on, customer focused and such as we require someone with drive, efficiency and assertivenesHigh initiative and positive attitudeMust have strong interests in Japanese Sweets cultureHave passion to expand Sweets industry in SingaporeTell employers what skills you have
