IT Project Manager (Manager / Senior Manager)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to oversee the management of the company’s enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ERP project implementation and Application Management Support (AMS), with a strong background in financial accounting, consolidation, and reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering multiple IT projects, ensuring they are completed successfully within defined scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage IT application projects, including planning, execution, and successful delivery of ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Provide day-to-day support for ERP, ensuring smooth operation, timely issue resolution, and minimal business disruption.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using Power BI and Workiva to support financial reporting and decision-making.
• Collaborate and coordinate with external service providers to manage support requests, system enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the main liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment on system requirements and issues.
• Document system processes, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures to support knowledge sharing and efficient issue resolution.
• Conduct user training and provide ongoing guidance to maximize effective utilization of financial systems and reporting tools.
• Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
