Roles & Responsibilities
As the Travel Retail Senior / Area Manager, Parfums Southeast Asia, you are a team manager, business leader, thorough negotiator, and brand advocate. You are responsible of strategic key accounts development (travel retail operators) in the assigned markets, and for maximizing Sell-out in assigned doors to grow market share, ranking and productivity of each counter in the area.
What you can expect from the role :
- Develop the Brand relationship with the retailer, securing excellent brand penetration and visibility within a multi-country perimeter
- Develop a yearly joint business plan with the retailer to align on strategy, drive sell-out leveraging the brand authority, the product marketing plan, the activation calendar and the brand agenda
- Achieve annual sales targets (sell-out and sell-in), monitor inventory levels, and develop and discuss assortment plans with retailers.
- Negotiate T&C and manage A&P / Trade Opex budgets and P&L, ensuring the best possible profitability by optimising and controlling the expenses
- Manage accurately Forecasts and T&E
- Protect the Brand image and reputation with an adequate business follow-up and execution in POS
- Manage and motivate a team consisting of a Sales Executive in the office, Retail supervisors, and perfume consultants in the field.
- Drive performance and monitor key KPIs of the region and key top doors, through weekly / monthly business reviews
