Business Manager, APAC - WISE ASIA-PACIFIC PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a mid-senior level Business Manager to support the APAC leadership team at Wise, reporting to the APAC Head of Expansion / Singapore CEO. This role will be pivotal in strategically enabling and accelerating key initiatives across APAC markets and scaling the impact of the APAC leadership team by driving cross-functional projects, enhancing operational efficiencies and providing critical strategic insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, project management and analytics with the ability to work collaboratively across various functions and regions.

What will you be doing?

• Collaborate directly with the APAC Head of Expansion and APAC Product Director in owning and continuously optimising the quarterly planning process for the APAC teams meticulously tracking achievements and misses from the previous quarter and driving actionable insights

Proactively collaborate with our Analytics team to synthesise and present critical data insights and performance metrics across all APAC markets.You will translate findings into compelling, data-driven solutions which you will present at MBRs and beyond, ensuring these insights inform strategic decision-making.
