Roles & Responsibilities

Senior Quantity Surveyor /

Quantity Surveyor

Report to the Contracts Manager.
Prepare tender submissions, manage progress claims, variations orders (VO), and finalise project accounts.
Liaise and build good working relationships with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, and developers.
Certify claims for subcontractors and suppliers for progress payments and account finalisation.

Requirements :

Degree or Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, Civil, or Structural Engineering.

2 to 5 years’ relevant experience with contractors. Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior QS roles.

Experience in Civil Engineering works is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, proactive, strong problem-solving skills, good team player, and able to meet tight deadlines.
