Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Kent Ridge (Hospital Setting)

Contract Type : 1-Year Contract (Renewable) / Direct Permanent

Salary : Up to $5,000 / month

Working Hours : Office Hours, 5 days per week

Job Scope

• Review inpatient case notes to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation
• Assign ICD codes and procedure codes according to coding standards and guidelines
• Ensure coding quality meets govt and international requirements
• Liaise with clinicians and care teams for clarification of diagnoses and procedures
• Perform coding audits and support data analysis for reporting purposes
• Contribute to coding improvement projects and provide feedback to enhance documentation quality
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor / manager
