Key
Responsibilities : 1.
Greeting &
Seating : Greet guests
warmly upon arrival.
Escort them to their
assigned tables and present menus.
Provide
customers with an overview of the dining
experience.
2.
Customer Service :
Attend customers' requests and ensure they have
everything they need.
Monitor tables for any
issues, refill drinks, and ensure an enjoyable dining
experience.
Provide detailed explanations of
the menu, including meats, sides, and
sauces.
3. Grilling
Assistance : Assist
guests with the Korean BBQ grilling process if needed.
Demonstrate the best grilling techniques for various cuts
of meat.
Ensure a safe dining experience by
maintaining cleanliness and monitoring the grilling process at
tables.
4. Order
Taking & Delivery :
Take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen
accurately.
Serve food and drinks in a timely
manner and ensure all items ordered are delivered
correctly.
5. Billing
& Payments :
Present bills to customers and process payments using the
restaurant's POS system.
Handle any billing
issues professionally and
politely.
6.
Cleanliness &
Organization : Maintain
cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including tables,
grills, and condiments.
Ensure the dining
environment is neat, clean, and visually appealing for
customers.
7. Customer
Satisfaction : Address
customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and ensure
satisfaction.
Communicate any serious issues
or requests to the Restaurant
Manager.
Requirements :
Previous experience in customer service or as a
waiter / waitress in a restaurant setting is preferred.
Knowledge of Korean cuisine and BBQ grilling techniques
is an asset.
Strong communication and
interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in
a fast-paced environment and work efficiently under
pressure.
Commitment to maintaining excellent
food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
Good communication skills in English; proficiency in
Mandarin is an advantage.
