We simplify cross-border employment by handling local contracts, payroll, and compliance through a network of trusted in-country partners.
As we scale globally, we are expanding Remoly’s partner ecosystem — connecting with upstream partners who collaborate with us on client acquisition and downstream vendors who support our local EOR operations.
Role Overview
As a Partnership Manager , you will play a hybrid role that combines partner acquisition and relationship management . You’ll identify and onboard new partners that strengthen Remoly’s global reach, while maintaining and optimizing collaborations with existing local vendors that deliver our EOR services in key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new EOR ecosystem partners , such as HR platforms, recruitment firms, and remote work communities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with downstream service partners including local payroll, legal, and compliance providers.
- Draft and execute partnership agreements ensuring mutual value and operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Legal, Product) to align partnership goals with company strategy.
- Monitor partner performance, track metrics, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
- Maintain a structured partner database and activity pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
- Represent Remoly in partner meetings, webinars, and co-marketing collaborations.
- Gather partner and market feedback to guide regional expansion.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management, ideally within EOR, HRTech, SaaS, or global payroll sectors .Strong understanding of B2B partnership models and vendor management.Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional European or Asian languages a plus).Experience managing multi-country collaborations or cross-border operations.Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.Nice to Have
