Key Responsibilities :
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to shape business direction.
- Review processes and implement improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Review financial performance, including revenue streams, margins, and cost structures.
- Develop training programs for management and staff to enhance service and productivity.
Skills & Qualifications
