Key Responsibilities
- tiesCorporate Matters – Advise on and manage a broad spectrum of corporate projects, including joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, financing and investment arrangements, corporate governance, and group-wide proces
- ses.Commercial Contr – Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts across the business, including master service agreements, sales agreements, framework agreements, SaaS contracts, licensing, merchant agreements, and goods / services arrangeme

Required Qualifications
ienceQualified solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE gained in a global in‑house role and / or in a leading lawfirm.Significant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex English law based corporate and commercial contracts independently.Strong track record advising on corporate matters such as M&A, joint ventures, and financing arrangements.Excellent commercial awareness, with the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and provide clear, pragmatic advice.Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, including board‑level executives, on high‑value and strategic matters.Strong organisational, project management, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.Collaborative, solutions‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.A proactive, resilient, and positive mindset, with a sense of humour and a team‑first appSeniority level : Mid‑Senior level
