BIM Modeller

Developing and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for

architectural, structural, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical,

Plumbing) disciplines using Revit and other BIM

software.

Preparing shop drawings, coordination

drawings, and construction documents from the BIM models, ensuring

adequate detail and proper annotation.

Working

closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and other

stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and address design changes or

site conditions.

Ensuring compliance with BIM

standards, project-specific requirements, and company standards,

including maintaining BIM libraries.

Updating

and revising models based on design changes, site conditions, and

feedback, ensuring the model accurately reflects the latest

information.

Strong skills in using Autodesk

Revit and other relevant BIM

software.

Experience in creating and

manipulating 3D models.

Understanding of

construction documentation and drawing production

processes.

Ability to interpret technical

drawings and specifications.

Developing and

maintaining BIM content libraries.

Assisting in

the development of BIM standards and

workflows.

Coordinating with other disciplines

to resolve design clashes and

conflicts.

Ensuring the accuracy and consistency

of the BIM model throughout the project lifecycle.
