Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs)
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Track shipments and update delivery status
• Help resolve any supply issues or delivery delays
• Match invoices with POs and delivery notes
• Keep procurement records and documents organized
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Perform other duties as needed by the procurement team
