Job Description & Requirements
- Meets with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality, and delivery.
- Review deliveries against the orders.
- Track the status of any orders. Deal with non- supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
- Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment. Produce and maintain all reports.
- Work injury case submission and following up
- Calculation of workers’ wages
- Any other duties when assigned
Job Requirements :
Diploma / Degree holderRelated working experience in Main contractor can be considered first.Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.Tell employers what skills you have
