Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including delivery schedules and shipment tracking
- Handle purchasing processes such as preparing purchase orders and following up with suppliers
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams for inventory management and replenishment
- Maintain procurement and logistics records accurately
- Assist in invoice verification and basic administrative duties
- Support logistics planning for store openings and product rollouts
Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Logistics, Business, or related field1–2 years of experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome)Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office softwareDetail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and coordination skillsPositive working attitude and a willingness to learnWhy Join Us
