M & E COORDINATOR - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Singapore as M & E coordinator in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.
• Experience in Civil Building construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or BIM software.

Job Description :

Oversee project execution, all aspects of M&E works.

Work closely with the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.

Manage M&E subcontractors, submission of method of statements, drawings, materials, samples.

Responsible for site supervision and coordination of M&E works with other trades such of civil, structural or architectural.

Attend MEP and client / consultant meetings.

Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule.

Coordinate & supervise M&E works carried out by sub-contractors that's in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations.

Perform design layouts of new or existing space including drawing sketches and incorporate them into CAD file.

Coordinate with BIM team.

Able to monitor BIM model & shop drawing creation and revisions.

Able to conduct QAQC to the BIM models.

Able to manage BIM modellers work scope & work schedule.
