Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Sales order processing (prepare sales order, quotations, invoices, and delivery order) for overseas markets.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to support quotations and sales enquiries.
- Handle shipping and export documentations for overseas customers.
- Liaise with forwarders / transporters on shipping arrangement.
- Assist in data compilations, sales and order history reports for manager and customers.
