Job descriptionAccurately process sales orders and ensure all necessary information is properly documented. Liaise with logistics and shipping teams to ensure prompt delivery of customer orders. Monitor order progress and resolve issues or delays proactively to maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain and regularly update customer databases with accurate, current data. Track sales activities and keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales trends, and competitor insights. Create and analyse sales reports to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Organize sales meetings, events, and conferences. Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including appointment scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements. Support the onboarding and training process of new sales team members. Reliable, well-organized, and comfortable working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to take on responsibility. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a positive, can-do attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong administrative and coordination abilities with a keen eye for detail. Experience working across multiple departments and functions. Passion for working with people and supporting business growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint - 2010 or later). Fluent in English for effective communication in international business settings.
