Job Summary :
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing orders, resolving issues, and supporting sales efforts.
Responsibilities :
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and emailProcess and monitor incoming orders, ensuring timely follow-up and smooth fulfillmentHandle order changes, cancellations, returns, and exchanges efficientlyAddress and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalismProvide basic technical support and troubleshoot product / service issuesAchieve performance targets set by ManagementCollaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issuesSupport other sales-related and administrative tasks as assignedRequirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales supportStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems for order processing is a plusAble to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsPositive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations diplomaticallyTell employers what skills you have
