Project Manager (Construction - Islandwide)

Review the assigned project and develop

a comprehensive master program and site facilities plan to ensure

adherence to the contractual schedule.

Formulate the project budget, quality plan, and manpower

allocation in alignment with budgetary constraints and contractual

requirements.

Lead and guide the team in

collaborating with clients and consultants to deliver work scopes

that meet the required quality and workmanship

standards.

Coordinate with relevant HQ

departments regarding site budget, safety management systems, and

ISO documentation compliance.

Brief staff on

their specific roles and responsibilities, emphasizing project

objectives and company policies.

Collaborate

with the WSHO Officer to establish a framework ensuring site

compliance with statutory requirements, including Safety, ECM

control, Noise control, and Vector control.

Monitor team performance, providing guidance and

arranging training programs where

necessary.

Requirements

Preferable experience in Residential Condominium,

Factory, Office, and Warehouse projects.

Preferable Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil

Engineering (including construction engineering, construction

technology, and materials).
