Job Summary :
The Project Executive is responsible for supporting the Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business goals. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to assist in running the project smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
Operational Support :
- Assist the Manager in daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping.
Team Leadership & Management :
Supervise and support employees, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards.Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to improve team performance.Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.Resolve conflicts and handle employee concerns professionally.Customer Service :
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and service requests.Maintain a positive atmosphere for both customers and employees.Problem-Solving & Decision-Making :
Identify operational issues and work with the Manager to develop solutions.Make quick and effective decisions in the absence of the Manager.Ensure compliance with legal regulations, industry standards, and company policies.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.Min. 3 years of relevant experience.Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Knowledge of business operations and customer service principles.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in heavy industry and port industry.Familiarity with scheduling software, MS offices and business management tools.Certifications related to leadership, management, or industry-specific skills.Tell employers what skills you have
