- Working Days : Monday – Friday
- Working Hours : 9am – 6pm
Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for getting in new clients.Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and identify sales leads to develop new business opportunity.Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics sector.Conduct market research to discover potential clients and industries.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations.Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.Work closely with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, carriers and market conditions.Work on tenders / RFQs / Bids if requiredOther ad-hoc duties as assignedJob Requirements :
