This is a full-time on-site role for a Product & Business Development Executive, located in Singapore. The Product & Business Development Executive will be responsible for product development, planning and initiating the launch of the product, acquiring and managing accounts, and developing effective communication strategies to enhance business relationships. Responsibilities
Source and create a list of affiliates, influencers, KOL, content partners, etc. and manage relationships, identify, brief, coordinate deliverables, and track performance. Plan, create, edit and publish content (text, image, short video) across relevant social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) that aligns with brand tone and marketing calendar. Monitor social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and provide reports with insights and recommendations. Generate compelling copy, visuals, and short-form video to engage community, drive brand awareness and growth of followers / engagement. Manage the social media content calendar : scheduling posts, coordinating with campaigns / promotions, ensuring timely delivery. Prepare marketing communications and copywriting content for the announcement and launch of feature products. Project‑plan and collaborate with other teams for new product development and launch. Qualifications
Skills in New Business Development and Product Development. Experience in Account Management and Business is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred. Experience in the ecommerce industry is an advantage. Understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics) and ability to interpret data. Ability to project‑plan, multi‑task and manage deadlines across multiple channels. Good communicator and collaborator (with marketing team, design, product, external agencies).
