Roles & Responsibilities

The Role

We are seeking motivated IT Network & System Engineers to support and deliver enterprise infrastructures for our external clients.

In this role, you will deploy, configure, and secure network and system environments , contributing to projects where performance, scalability, and security are paramount.

This role is ideal for engineers with a solid foundation in networking / systems and an interest in cybersecurity practices .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure network and server infrastructure (LAN / WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, servers).
• Monitor and optimize network performance; troubleshoot incidents to ensure system reliability.
• Administer Windows / Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Apply cybersecurity measures such as OS / network hardening, patching, and baseline controls.
• Perform system upgrades and routine maintenance to enhance security and performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions aligned with SLAs and compliance requirements .
• Support system integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning .
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (network diagrams, system configs, guides).
