About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Investment Director / Associate Director to manage venture capital investments from origination to exit in the lifestyle space , such as travel, entertainment, sports, wellness, beauty, and consumer experiences. The role will spearhead multiple projects at one time employing a range of skill sets, and is ideal for a candidate with a deep understanding of consumer trends and a strong network in the lifestyle ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing & Origination : Identify and evaluate high-potential and emerging companies in the lifestyle sector; Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, co-investors, incubators, accelerators, and industry experts.
• Investment Strategy & Execution : Lead due diligence, financial modelling, and market analysis; Structure and negotiate investment terms and manage deal execution; Present investment opportunities to the investment committee.
• Portfolio Management : Support portfolio companies with strategic guidance, operational insights, and growth planning; Monitor performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis : Stay ahead of consumer behaviour shifts, industry innovations, and competitive dynamics; Provide thought leadership and contribute to the firm’s investment thesis in lifestyle.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and marketing.
