Job Description : This growth-oriented position involves providing comprehensive fund administration services to private equity or real estate funds. Responsibilities include understanding and applying current accounting principles to fund accounting and financial reporting, reviewing transactions and valuations, and more. Key duties include :

• Preparation and review of Net Asset Value calculations and reports
• Coordination of investor servicing activities, including onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and reporting
• Understanding fund documentation and applying terms to financial reporting and allocations
• Maintaining knowledge of accounting standards and developing solutions for issues
• Preparation and review of financial statements and footnotes for audits
• Liaising with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery
• Participation in new fund onboarding processes
• Acting as primary client contact for daily operations and issue resolution
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
• Supporting team management of daily operations
• Engaging in company and client initiatives beyond routine duties
• Performing other related duties as assigned
