Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide insurance quotations and process motor insurance applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance of insurance documents.
- Ensure proper documentation, records and filing upon issuance.
- Attend to emails and phone enquiries from customers
- Following up with existing clients for policy renewals.
- Update and maintain accurate customer database.
- Support team on renewal activities such as generating monthly renewal invitations.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
