Roles & Responsibilities

• Pre-check and coordinate all portfolio and securities transfers, ensuring adherence to client mandates and internal procedures.
• Liaise with internal teams, custodians, and counterparties to ensure timely and accurate processing of transfers.
• Manage exceptions, resolve failed transfers, and perform end-of-day control checks.
• Handle business queries efficiently and escalate when necessary.
• Support process improvements and participate in projects to enhance operational efficiency.
