Job Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The successful candidate will assist managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organisation and communication. A strong ability to multi-task and handle confidential information with discretion is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and maintaining records
- Answer phone calls, emails, and manage correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff
- Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents as needed
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors or service providers
- Support the onboarding process of new staff (e.g., setting up workstations)
- Assist in organising company events, training sessions, and meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma, Computer Science Engineering, equivalent in Business Administration or related field0–2 years of relevant administrative experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Good verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages an advantage depending on clientele)Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritisePositive attitude, resourceful, and able to work independently or as part of a teamTell employers what skills you have
