Responsibilities :

Immerse yourself in the daily operations of multiple

Analyse data, compile reports, and

present findings to enhance team performance and

decision-making

Engage in fieldwork and

provide evaluations to support the improvement of the company's

services

Gain an understanding of management

perspectives, company policies, and business practices across all

phases of operations

Meet the goals and

objectives outlined for your traineeship, showing dedication to

Shadow experienced

team members to learn methods, procedures, and standards critical

to departmental success

Offer support across

departments, from data entry to strategic planning and client

service

Regularly report on company progress

and compile performance reports for

evaluation

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma and above

Strong

willingness to learn and adaptability to work across different

departments

Proactive and self-motivated with

a positive attitude towards personal and professional

growth

Flexibility to rotate between different

departments and take on diverse

responsibilities
