Description
Sales Executives drive revenue by setting and achieving sales targets with support from the Sales Manager and team. They identify new prospects, negotiate deals, and maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Meet potential clients, understand requirements, and present solutions.
Prepare and deliver product / service presentations and proposals.
Maintain accurate sales reports and financial data.
Ensure stock availability for sales and demos.
Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences.
Negotiate and close deals while resolving objections or complaints.
Collaborate with team members to achieve targets.
Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams for improvement.
Job Requirements
Minimum Post-Secondary education.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Power BI.
Solid understanding of marketing principles and negotiation techniques.
