My client is an established firm within the REIT industry and is currently expanding their footprint. They are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join the team.

about the job

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role is responsible for the financial operations of subsidiaries which includes the full spectrum of end to end financial scope such as month end, quarterly and year end closings, reviewing of Accounts Executives' work, financial and management reporting You will also be involved in process and systems improvements.

skills and experience required

You are ideally degree qualified and has at least 6 years of hands-on experience in such a capacity Having a background in Real Estate or Hospitality will be highly advantageous. You are ideally a team player and is well-adjusted to fast-paced environments as well. You are comfortable in dealing with cross functional stakeholders.
