Process Engineer – Advanced Semiconductor Assembly

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Process Engineer to join a fast-paced environment dedicated to the development and refinement of cutting-edge semiconductor assembly processes. Based in Singapore, this role will empower you to work at the intersection of materials science, automation, and precision manufacturing to drive improvements that directly impact production efficiency and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structured experimentation and process characterization to optimize semiconductor assembly workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance product reliability, improve yield, and streamline manufacturing operations.
• Introduce and validate new materials, technologies, and automation concepts to support next-generation manufacturing requirements.
• Analyze process capability and establish robust, standardized operating procedures for precision assembly tools and systems.
• Support proof-of-concept testing through the setup, calibration, and refinement of optical systems and related components.
• Apply statistical analysis, data modeling, and Design of Experiments (DOE) to identify trends and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Propose and implement corrective actions based on root cause analysis and performance feedback loops.
• Maintain thorough documentation and technical reports to support continuous process enhancement.
