Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial application to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
Requirements :
Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Students / Fresh grads welcome.No experience required.Singaporean only. Well-versed in English and Mandarin.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits :
