Job Responsibilities :

• Perform all grooming services including bathing, brushing, cutting, trimming, de-shedding, nail clipping, and ear cleaning.
• Assess each dog’s coat and condition to recommend suitable grooming styles and care.
• Handle dogs with care, patience, and compassion, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of grooming tools, equipment, and work area.
• Communicate with pet owners to understand their preferences and provide after-care advice.
• Monitor pets for any signs of illness or stress and report concerns appropriately.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help build long-term client relationships.
