Senior Telemarketer - Financial Services (Full-Time, In-Office)
About the Role
Join our dynamic financial services team as a Senior Telemarketer specializing in appointment setting for wealth management and investment advisory services. This full-time, in-office position is designed for experienced sales professionals who can operate with minimal supervision while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outbound calling campaigns to qualified prospects using company-provided lead lists
- Schedule high-quality appointments between prospects and our financial advisory team
- Manage complex follow-up sequences for missed calls and busy prospects
- Consistently exceed daily and monthly appointment setting targets
- Maintain detailed records and analytics in our CRM system
- Mentor and train junior telemarketers
- Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to campaign optimization
Requirements
Essential Qualifications :
Minimum GCE 'O' Level education or equivalentMinimum 5 years of sales or telemarketing experience requiredProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExcellent verbal communication and advanced objection handling skillsStrong work ethic with ability to work independently with minimal supervisionLeadership qualities and ability to mentor junior staffGoal-oriented approach with strategic thinking capabilitiesMust be legally eligible to work in SingaporeWhat We Offer
