Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Coordination : Oversee the end-to-end flow of goods, including planning and executing shipments.
• Transportation : Arrange and monitor transportation to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Documentation : Prepare and review essential documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and permits.
• Partner Liaison : Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs to ensure smooth operations.
• Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels, update stock records, and manage storage plans within the workplace.
• Compliance : Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, including food safety and customs requirements.
• Issue Resolution : Handle and resolve logistics-related issues, delays, and discrepancies promptly.
• Reporting : Generate reports on logistics performance, shipment status, and inventory movement.
