Sales Operations Executive (Tenders & Contracts)

Job descriptionMonitor and identify relevant public and private sector lift-related tenders Review tender documents and assess project requirements Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, legal) to gather required information Prepare, compile, and submit tender proposals within deadlines Ensure compliance with tender specifications and company policies Assist the Contract Executive in preparing proposals for lift renewal, issue Defect Liability Period Contract, and maintenance takeover (MTO) jobs Support in documentation, quotation preparation, and coordination with vendors or internal teams Help schedule and coordinate site surveys, inspections, and technical meetings Follow up on contract renewals, progress updates, and client correspondence Preferably with Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification Min 2 years of tender preparation, contracts, or sales support experience in Lift / Construction / Building Automation / Commercial & Industrial industry Strong organizational, administrative and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

- 5 days’ work week; Monday to Friday : 8.30am – 6.15pm
