Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead business development initiatives and establish strong local partnerships in China and Asia.
- Navigate regional business environments, ensuring compliance with local laws, trade regulations, and operational standards.
- Act as a bridge between headquarters and local teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of strategic goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive sustainable growth across the region.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, project execution, and regional performance reporting.
Qualifications :
Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin; proficiency in English required.Deep understanding of Chinese and Asian business cultures, market practices, and regulatory frameworks.Proven experience in management, business development, or regional operations.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.Willingness to relocate or spend extended periods in China or other Asian countries
