Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Delivery Lead (Associate Director) to oversee the successful delivery of client engagements, ensuring that projects meet business objectives, quality standards, and financial targets. The role requires a strong leader who can drive execution, build trusted client relationships, and lead diverse teams in delivering complex, large-scale programs across multiple industries and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects , ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor delivery performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, governance, and compliance frameworks .
2. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders , building trusted, long-term relationships.Translate business needs into delivery strategies and ensure solutions drive measurable client value.Partner closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.3. People Leadership & Team Development
Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary delivery teams across geographies and capabilities.Drive a high-performance culture , mentoring managers and team members to enhance capability and career growth.Foster collaboration across practices, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.4. Financial & Operational Management
Own the financial performance of engagements, including forecasting, profitability, and margin management.Optimize resource allocation, delivery models, and productivity to achieve operational excellence.Contribute to revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.5. Strategy & Innovation
Support the development of delivery strategy , driving transformation and innovation in service delivery.Champion the use of emerging technologies, automation, and data-driven insights to improve client outcomes.Act as a change agent, enabling clients to adopt agile, digital-first ways of working .Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).15+ years’ experience in program / project delivery, with at least 10 years in a leadership capacity.Proven track record of leading large, complex transformation programs (multi-million USD).Strong expertise in delivery governance, financial management, and client engagement .Skilled in stakeholder management , with the ability to influence at C-suite level.Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed teams and drive collaboration across functions.Experience in consulting or global delivery environment preferred.Tell employers what skills you have
