Job Title : Quantity Surveyor (ID8394)

Location : Pioneer, Singapore

Working Hour：Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm

Salary : $2800 - $3200

Job Description :

• To perform the full spectrum of duties required of as a quantity surveyor
• To be in control and responsible for the management of all contracts / sub-contracts activities including, meeting project budget, ensure profitability, terms and conditions of the contract / sub-contract, schedule procurement activities to meet projects deadline.
• To oversee, lead and manage the qs team for the overall direction, coordination, execution of the projects from tender development to inception of construction to final completion of the Projects.
• To oversee, lead and manage the purchase team for the overall direction, development to inception of construction to final completion of the project.
