Roles & Responsibilities

Documentation and quantity surveying :

• Oversee the management of contract documents, drawings, and client instructions in line with document control procedures.
• Review drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Assist with requesting quotations, updating budgets, and distributing revised documents.
• Maintain and update document tracking logs.
• Participate in variation meetings with the Project Manager, interacting with Main Contractors, Consultants, and Owners.
• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress reports.
