Roles & Responsibilities

(A) Essential Job Functions :

This role is responsible for, but not limited to, the following :

• Assist in measurement and costing exercises for pre-tender estimate, variation order, claim, remeasurement and final account
• Prepare and liaise with client and internal project team on subcontractor’s monthly progress payment claim and variation orders
• Assist in sourcing of sub-contractors & suppliers; and calling of sub-contract tender including tender evaluation, recommendation for award and preparation of sub-contract document
• Assist in the preparation of cost control and monitoring reports and cashflow projections
• Any other duties as assigned by reporting officer.
