Roles & Responsibilities
(A) Essential Job Functions :
This role is responsible for, but not limited to, the following :
- Assist in measurement and costing exercises for pre-tender estimate, variation order, claim, remeasurement and final account
- Prepare and liaise with client and internal project team on subcontractor’s monthly progress payment claim and variation orders
- Assist in sourcing of sub-contractors & suppliers; and calling of sub-contract tender including tender evaluation, recommendation for award and preparation of sub-contract document
- Assist in the preparation of cost control and monitoring reports and cashflow projections
- Any other duties as assigned by reporting officer.
(B) Minimum Qualifications / Job Experience :
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, any relevant construction field,Minimum 2 years of working experience preferred.
