Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Software Systems Management : Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems for various organisational units, ensuring solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Project Oversight & Quality Assurance : Monitor project results and the quality of implemented software solutions, driving continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
- Technical Leadership : Supervise the creation of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features.
- Risk & Security Management : Ensure appropriate security controls and risk factors are identified and addressed throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams—including business users, developers, and vendors—to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
- Budget & Timeline Management : Develop project plans, manage budgets, track progress, and report status to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldProject Management Certifications are a plusProven experience managing medium to large-scale IT / software development projects.Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and software architecture principles.Hands-on knowledge of security, compliance, and risk management practices.Interested applicants, please email your resume to Andre Chua Jing Ming
