Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Software Systems Management : Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems for various organisational units, ensuring solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Project Oversight & Quality Assurance : Monitor project results and the quality of implemented software solutions, driving continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
• Technical Leadership : Supervise the creation of Proof-of-Concept (PoC) solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features.
• Risk & Security Management : Ensure appropriate security controls and risk factors are identified and addressed throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams—including business users, developers, and vendors—to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Budget & Timeline Management : Develop project plans, manage budgets, track progress, and report status to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
